    In preparation for the 2017 recruitment drive, Westpac Group required a refreshed graduate campaign to attract the highest calibre of graduates.

    Challenging the perception of Westpac Group as only a consumer/retail bank/organisation, et developed ‘You’d never guess’ – a campaign built entirely on current graduates and the real stories behind their career journeys. These real stories also provided the inspiration for a teaser campaign; ‘I’d never work for a bank’, highlighting the unexpected career pathways and opportunities that are available within Group.
